Anyone can rent a machine. Knowing what Las Vegas does to a surface is the part that keeps a driveway from getting striped, etched or stripped.

Hard water is the local enemy. Las Vegas Valley Water District measures roughly 291 ppm — about 17 grains per gallon, classified “very hard,” against a 60–120 ppm national average. Parts of Henderson run higher. That scale is why your windows and stucco keep clouding over, and it needs a different approach than dirt.
5:30 a.m.
Summer means early starts. Valley trash routes shift to 5:30 a.m. from June through September because of the heat — and exterior cleaning has the same problem. Wash a driveway at 2 p.m. in July and the surface flashes dry before the solution can work. I book mornings first for a reason.
One person
The owner quotes it and the owner does it. No dispatcher, no rotating subcontractor, no upsell script. If something isn’t right, you already have the number of the person responsible for fixing it.
Photos first
Send a picture, skip the guessing. A single photo of your driveway usually tells me the surface, the staining and the square footage well enough to quote a real number without a site visit. Faster for you, accurate for me.
