Why these are public
Most exterior cleaning companies in this valley hide their pricing so they can qualify you on the phone. I would rather you decide whether this fits your budget before either of us spends time on it. Everything below is a real starting figure I will honour. The final number moves with square footage, surface type, how set the staining is and how easy the area is to reach — and once I quote it, that is what you pay.
First-time customers get 10% off any service. Mention it when you call, text or send the quote form and it comes off the total — there is no code to remember.
01 — Pressure washing
Residential and commercial. Hot-water surface cleaning on concrete, low-pressure soft washing on anything painted or stucco.

03 — Artificial turf care
Deep cleaning with pet-safe products. Turf traps dust, pet waste and odour in a way real grass never did, and it needs a different treatment than hardscape.

04 — Trash bin cleaning
Sanitising and deodorising done on-site at your home or business. In Las Vegas heat a bin does not need to be full to smell — it needs to be clean.
